A high-profile family in Beverly Hills is seeking an exceptional, experienced ROTA Nanny to join their established team of three professional Nannies caring for four children under the age of 11.
The family is seeking a creative, engaged, energetic, and active Nanny who genuinely enjoys working with children and thrives in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, flexible, and able to seamlessly work alongside the family’s other Nannies and household staff.
This is a busy, dynamic household, and the successful candidate must bring positive energy, excellent judgment, and a team-first attitude while providing a consistently high level of care.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide full-charge, high-quality care for four children under the age of 11
Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a team of three other professional Nannies
Drive children to and from school, activities, appointments, playdates, and events
Plan and participate in creative, educational, age-appropriate, and engaging activities
Encourage active play, outdoor activities, and enrichment opportunities
Maintain the children’s daily routines and schedules
Provide a safe, nurturing, structured, and positive environment
Assist with children’s meals, snacks, belongings, and daily needs
Maintain organization of children’s rooms, play areas, clothing, supplies, and personal items
Adapt to schedule changes and the evolving needs of the family
Travel domestically and internationally with the family as required
Provide consistent, seamless care during family travel
This is a full-time rotational (ROTA) position working as part of an established Nanny team.:
The position follows a three-week (7-day) rotation:
Week 1 (7 days) – Split-Shift Week: Work a split schedule alongside another Nanny. 7:00 AM–9:00 PM, & 2:00 PM–8:00 PM, with coverage coordinated between the Nanny team
Week 2 (7 days) – OFF: One full week off.
Week 3 (7 days) – Full-Day Week: Work 7:00 AM–8:00 PM, approximately 13-hour days.
The three-week rotation then repeats.
Flexibility will be required for travel, special events, and occasional changes to the family’s schedule.

Requirements:
Minimum of three years of professional ROTA Nanny experience within a private residence
Must have worked in a busy, fully staffed estate
Experience caring for multiple children simultaneously
Excellent and verifiable professional work references
Current CPR/First Aid certification
Current water-safety/swim certification
Must be active, energetic, and physically able to keep up with four young children
Must be creative, engaging, organized, proactive, and highly dependable
Must be an exceptional team player and comfortable working closely with other Nannies and household staff
Must possess excellent communication skills and sound judgment
Must maintain the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be comfortable driving children
Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally with the family
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
Must be flexible and adaptable to the family’s schedule and needs
