This position is ideal for a highly organized, technically knowledgeable professional with significant experience working with architects, general contractors, engineers, designers, specialty trades, and high-end residential vendors.
The successful candidate will serve as the Family Office’s representative throughout projects—protecting the Principals’ interests while ensuring that design intent, construction quality, budgets, schedules, and property standards are maintained.
The role requires someone who understands both the technical and aesthetic sides of residential construction and is comfortable moving between architectural plans, active job sites, contractor meetings, budgets, building systems, and completed residences.

Conduct regular job-site walkthroughs to evaluate progress, workmanship, site conditions, outstanding items, and adherence to established standards
Identify potential construction, maintenance, or infrastructure concerns before they become costly or disruptive problems
Track project milestones and maintain detailed schedules for multiple simultaneous projects
Monitor construction and renovation budgets, commitments, expenditures, allowances, and change orders
Review contractor and vendor proposals for scope, pricing, completeness, and alignment with project objectives
Review invoices and supporting documentation prior to approval and coordinate closely with the family office regarding project expenditures
Source, evaluate, and manage qualified contractors, craftspeople, specialty vendors, and consultants
Ensure completed work meets the exceptionally high standards expected within luxury private residences
Oversee punch lists, project closeout, warranties, operating manuals, as-built information, and other construction documentation
Maintain organized digital and physical records for architectural plans, specifications, permits, warranties, vendor information, service records, and property improvements
Coordinate work involving sophisticated residential infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, generators, security, lighting controls, home automation, AV, irrigation, drainage, pools, landscape/hardscape, and other property systems
Develop long-term capital improvement and preventative maintenance plans based on the condition, age, and anticipated needs of each residence
Coordinate construction and maintenance activity to minimize disruption to the Principals and ensure residences remain safe, functional, and presentation-ready
Provide concise project reports to family office outlining progress, upcoming decisions, budgets, timelines, risks, and outstanding items
