We are seeking a high-level, experienced, organized, resourceful, and professional Personal Executive Assistant to support a high-net-worth individual who is also a professional athlete. This dynamic role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, discretion, and adaptability to manage the Principal’s household, demanding professional schedule, and business interests. The ideal candidate will provide seamless support in both personal and professional domains, enabling the Principal to focus on their athletic and business endeavors. The position is in-person, currently in Detroit, Michigan, and may require travel. We are seeking an applicant who is also open to relocating based on the Principal’s future requirements, if needed.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Personal and Household Management
Oversee the daily operations of the Principal’s household, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision
Manage household maintenance, repairs, and service providers, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards
Coordinate travel arrangements (private and commercial) for the Principal and family, including detailed itineraries, reservations, and logistics
Handle lifestyle needs, including event planning, dining reservations, and entertainment scheduling
Maintain inventories and procure high-quality household supplies and luxury goods
Manage personal appointments, medical scheduling, and insurance coordination
Act as a primary point of contact between the Principal and business stakeholders, investors, agents, sponsors, and financial and legal advisors
Manage calendar appointments, board meetings, and travel for business engagements
Handle correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and reports on the Principal’s behalf
Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for business projects
Maintain document filing systems and ensure sensitive information is secure
Assist with financial management, including budget oversight, bill payments, and expense reporting
Plan and execute both personal and professional events, including high-profile social gatherings and corporate functions
Coordinate philanthropic initiatives and engagements
This is a full-time position:
8-hour shift
$130,000.00 + DOE

Requirements:
Must live in the Detroit, Michigan area, or be willing to relocate to Detroit
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting HNWIs or C-suite executives of at least 3 years
Strong knowledge of household management and luxury service standards
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and scheduling software
Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours as required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
Experience in event planning and project management
Familiarity with luxury lifestyle services and vendors
