An UHNW family is seeking a positive, service-oriented, highly-organized PA/Lifestyle Manager to assist them with their busy, fast-paced life. The ideal candidate is discreet, intelligent, solution-oriented, and a team player. This candidate must possess exceptional organizational and administrative skills, great communication ability, prior experience working in a private home, and strong work ethic.
Family is relocating from Europe to Pacific Palisades in beginning of April and looking to conduct initial interviews via zoom for a start date of training mid-March.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Communicate and connect with the family to intimately understand family needs
Coordinate, schedule and update family calendar appointments; exemplary calendar management
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
Utilize your robust contacts and resources for dining, service providers, local vendors, and family-friendly activities
Research latest trends and source hard-to-find items
Work closely with personal stylists
Plan and execute family travels and itineraries flawlessly
Travel with family internationally and domestically, sometimes for 1-2 months
This is a full-time Position:
$110 – $160 annually DOE
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience working for high-profile families
Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
PC/MAC proficient; Microsoft Office and Outlook, Google Suite, Dropbox
Must be adept at travel planning; domestic and international, commercial and private
Possess a pleasant attitude, positive energy and lots of stamina
