Personal Assistant needed for a professional busy female. Currently client is living in Beverly Hills but will be moving to Pacific Palisades in the near future. Presently household consists of a married couple and one dog.
Duties to include (but not limited to):
Assist with move into new home (work with interior designer and visiting storage units)
Manage and organize all personal/business appointments
Purchasing of all gifts
Run errands to include: shopping for household items, drop off and pick up of dry cleaning, working with Stylist in picking up various clothing items, taking dog to various appointments
Create and maintain lists for all personal and household purchases; either pick up or order online
Light straightening up in the home
Some light laundry duties
Closet management and organization
Pantry and drawer organization
Packing and unpacking
Social editing
Assist with all travel arrangements
Schedule hair/make up for press tours
Drive Principals to various events/dinners as needed
Pet care – walking, feeding and pet sitting (free to stay overnight as needed)
Oversee automobiles (gas, maintenance, wash)
Oversee various household vendors
Keep a log/manual of all equipment/systems for maintenance
Communicate with Principal for all maintenance related problems that need attention
This is a full-time position:
Monday – Friday (generally)
40-hour workweek (guaranteed)
Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
May be asked to pet sit overnights (flexibility and availability is important)
Hourly rate DOE
Paid annual vacation, PTO and holidays
If requested to work on holidays, overtime rate will apply
Stipend provided for upkeep of health insurance policy
Hybrid role (remote and in person)
Requirements:
Ability to communicate well
Familiar with all up to date technology
Have a valid driver’s license in good standing
Reliable transportation for errands
Must pass a thorough background check
Fluent in English language both verbal and written
Legally able to work in the country
Have verifiable references (minimum of 3-5 years) in a similar role
Has previous experience working in a celebrity home
Must be able to travel (domestically and internationally)
