Large adult home seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper who is upbeat, happy, pleasant, and energetic for their two-story home with guest house.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Full charge housekeeping duties for both main house and guest house

• Manage household laundry, must have experience cleaning high-end clothing and linens

• Steaming, minimal ironing

• Closet organization

• Log and monitor ingoing and outgoing dry cleaning

• Organizational projects as needed

• Lots of dusting/vacuuming

• Oversee and greet repair people/vendors

• Run errands as needed (in client’s staff car)

• Occasionally assist caterers for parties, no cooking involved

• Assist with plating/serving if entertaining lunch guests

• Wipe down outside furniture

This is a Part-Time Position:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

• 9am – 4pm

• $35 hourly payroll

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience working in a large home

• Pass a thorough background check

• Maintain a driver’s license with a good driving history

• Enjoy pets (but they are not your responsibility) Houseman performs all pet duties

• Must have excellent laundry skills and be familiar with high-end clothing and linens

• Must have excellent, verifiable past work references
