An elderly person in Bel Air is seeking a part-time Chef to work 2 days a week in tandem with the Full-time Chef in a formal, fully staffed estate. The Principal is on a very strict diet utilizing the FODMAP regimen.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Create diverse and delicious meals using the FODMAP protocol – lunches and dinners
Shop for groceries and household kitchen supplies
Run various errands
Clean and organize kitchen and workspace areas
Occasionally prepare meals for guests
This is a part-time position:
Wednesday and Thursday – or – Thursday and Friday
8 to 9 hours a day, hours to include shopping
$60 hourly
Requirements:
Must have at least three years of professional work experience in an estate or private home
Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record
Have excellent, verifiable, past work references
Pass a thorough background check
Must have extensive knowledge of FODMAP diet and protocol
