An UHNW couple is currently seeking a live-in Domestic Couple for their large formal estate in Las Vegas. The newly built home is just over 20,000 square feet. The household is quiet, with no children and no pets. The couple does not need to be married but must have worked together previously; the employers will provide a 3-bedroom guest house.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Full-detail cleaning of all rooms, including bathrooms and common areas
Dish washing and upkeep of kitchen cleanliness
Laundry care, including steaming, ironing, and knowledge of items requiring hand-washing or dry cleaning
Organization of household spaces and closets
Care and cleaning of delicate items such as fine china and marble surfaces
No cooking
Handling and maintenance of valuable art pieces with care and discretion
Perform minor repairs around the house
Keep outdoor areas presentable
Run household errands (e.g., grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, dropping off packages)
Wash cars, fuel cars, check oil, or coordinate with mechanics for bigger fixes
Help with seasonal tasks like organizing garages, attics, or storage rooms
Fix Wi-Fi issues, set up smart home devices, or figure out why the TV remote’s gone rogue
Handle various tasks as needed—assembling furniture, painting, or getting the grill working again
This is a full-time position:
40-hour workweek when Principals not in residence
Longer hours when the Principals are in residence, they visit approximately 6 months a year
Three-bedroom guest house provided
$120,000 per year
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within large, high-end private residences
Must pass thorough background check
Must have good command of the English language both written and verbal
