Our client is looking for a polished, professional, and experienced hands-on Lead Housekeeper to direct and lead the existing staff for this large two adult home. The client is looking for a strong leader that is exceptionally polished, professional and presentable always.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Report directly to House Manager
Perform full-charge housekeeping duties with housekeeping team
Train housekeeping team in all areas of professional housekeeping
Take lead in finding projects to work on with the housekeeping team
Add luxury touches to all aspects of the house
Understand professional boundaries and private space
Experience in large luxury homes and/or five-star hotels is preferred but not required
Communicate daily with team members
This is a full-time position:
Tuesday – Saturday
11 am – 7 pm or 10 am – 6 pm (client is flexible)
$50 + DOE

Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years of similar experience working in an estate or a fine hotel
Must be willing to both train and get your hands dirty
Must look presentable and all times
Must have experience working in a large home with other staff members
Must have excellent and verifiable past work references
