Pasadena family of five, with two dogs, is seeking an additional Houseman/Driver to work alongside another team member. The role is approximately 80% houseman duties and 20% driving.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Drive family members as needed
Coordinate and manage multiple vendors working on the property
Perform outdoor cleaning, including power washing, cleaning outdoor furniture and BBQ areas, maintaining the pool area
Blow debris as needed to support the gardeners
Help maintain the hillside as needed
Oversee all household vehicles, including washing, fueling, and maintenance
Handle light handyman repairs
Run household errands as needed
Serve as a key support partner to the Estate Manager
This is a full-time position.
40-hour workweek
Two consecutive days off a week
Availability to work nights and weekends as needed

Requirements
Must be highly comfortable driving a Sprinter van and other vehicles
Must be familiar with Los Angeles freeways, streets, traffic, and venue entrances/exits
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and report to the Estate Manager
Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience communicating with and overseeing vendors as directed by the Estate Manager
Ability to navigate stairs and hillside terrain and lift up to 50 pounds
At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience working in a large, staffed home (approximately 11,000 square feet) with extensive outdoor space
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable car
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to pass a thorough background investigation
Must live within a reasonable driving distance of Pasadena
