Seeking a full-charge Housekeeper to work as part of an existing team of 2 other Housekeepers for a family of five with 2 dogs. Please live within a reasonable distance to Pasadena. Family is very informal and down-to-earth yet very particular and wants someone detailed oriented. Know when to enter/leave the room. Must be comfortable with children and dogs (2 Labs)
Duties to include (but not limited to:
Full-charge housekeeping
Various projects
Deep cleaning
Work in tandem with the other 2 Housekeepers as a cohesive team
Occasionally may be asked to provide childcare (3 children ages 6-13 y/o)
Assist in creating lists of various items that need replenishing (personal and staples)
Tech savvy to communicate with emails/texts and calendaring programs
Organization skills
Laundry, Ironing and pressing
Oversee and maintain dry cleaning logs
Mom enjoys cooking – but assisting with some prep would be helpful
This is a full-time position:
Covering a 7-day period 8:30 am – 8:30 pm sharing rotations with 2 other Housekeepers
5-day-workweek
40 hours
Two consecutive days off
$45 hourly non-exempt – entitled to overtime pay
May be asked to babysit in the evening
Ability to travel with family (locally) the Desert and Arrowhead for extra pay

Ability to read the room
Worked as part of a team in a large home
Live within a reasonable distance to Pasadena
Ability to accommodate working the late shift occasionally
Maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing and record
