A private couple in Encino is seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain their large residence. This is a warm, welcoming household with three cats and three small dogs. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, take pride in their work, and be comfortable working independently while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and household management. Candidate must be professional, discreet, and respectful of diverse lifestyles/LGBTQ+ friendly.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Full-charge housekeeping of a large private residence
Detailed and deep cleaning of all household areas
Managing household laundry, including minimal ironing
Coordinating dry-cleaning services, including maintaining logs and handling drop-offs and pick-ups
Organizing closets, storage areas, and household spaces
Monitoring and managing household inventory and supplies
Creating and maintaining household lists and communicating inventory needs to the Personal Assistant
Providing daily care and attention to three small dogs and three cats
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time position
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$40 per hour
Fully paid HMO health insurance, or PPO plan with employer contribution
Annual discretionary bonus

Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of professional housekeeping experience in high-end private homes or estates
Excellent, verifiable professional references
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Genuine love of animals and comfort caring for pets
