A lovely family of four in Encino (children ages 2 (school 9-12) and 4 (school 9-3) is seeking a professional, meticulous, and experienced full-charge housekeeper. The ideal candidate takes genuine pride in their work, maintains the highest housekeeping standards, and moves gracefully and seamlessly throughout the home. Must be happy working in home with small children and has previously worked in large homes.
This position is approximately 90% housekeeping, with occasional light childcare support when needed. The home is newly built, with all-new finishes and furnishings, and requires someone who understands the care of fine materials and provides five-star service.

Duties (to include but not limited to)
Assist in the move-in and putting away/organizing alongside the employers
Full-charge housekeeping
Deep cleaning on a schedule
Knowledge of fine materials (wood, granite, marble, brass, silk/satin, etc.)
Excellent laundry care (ability to read labels and hand wash items as needed)
Minimal ironing, possibly some steaming
Maintain an organized and pristine clothes closets
Maintain organized kitchen pantries and drawers
Go through food products and check expired dates
Ability to set a table; both formal and informal
Maintain a log of outgoing/incoming dry cleaning
Maintain a log of all household items, when running low, notify employer
Purchase household items (staples, food, cleaning supplies, etc.) either online or in person
This is a full-time position:
Monday – Friday
9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with some flexibility for occasional dinner parties)
$40.00 hourly
7 annual paid legal holidays
Paid annual vacation
Uniform to consist of wearing an apron over clothing (provided by Employer)
Stipend towards a health insurance policy
Requirements:
Must have legal status to work in the country
Must have a driver’s license and car in good standing for running errands
Must have worked in a large home
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years verifiable references
