Seeking an energetic Housekeeper for a couple who likes to entertain at their two-story home with guest house.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Full-charge housekeeping duties for both main house and guest house

• Maintain household inventory supply list
  

• Order household products and supplies online, must be savvy with online shopping

• Manage household laundry, must have experience cleaning high-end clothing and linens

• Steaming, minimal ironing

• Closet organization

• Log and monitor in going and outgoing dry cleaning

• Keep track of household inventory and order and replenish additional items online

• Organizational projects as needed

• Oversee and greet repair people/vendors

• Run errands as needed (in client’s staff car)

• Assist in formal setting of tables for both lunch and dinner service

• Occasionally assist caterers for parties, no cooking involved

• Assist with plating/serving if entertaining lunch guests

• Wipe down outside furniture

This is a Part-Time Position:

• 32-hour workweek

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9 am – 4 pm

• Wednesday 9 am – 1 pm

• $40 hourly payroll

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience working in a large home

• Pass a thorough background check

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving history, no recent tickets or accidents

• Enjoy pets (but they are not your responsibility) Houseman performs all pet duties

• Must have excellent laundry skills and be familiar with high-end clothing and linens

• Must have excellent, verifiable past work references

• Be comfortable navigating online retailers to purchase household supplies
