Estate Manager (Hidden Hills, CA)

Our client is seeking a polished, poised, and professional Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their large, fully staffed homes in Malibu, and Hidden Hills.  The Estate Manager will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, manage staff, coordinate vendor relationships, and maintain the highest standards of service and discretion. This role will be comprised of approximately 80% EM and 20% Assistant duties.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Manage vendors and independent contractors
  • Oversee construction, home projects, maintenance/repairs and major projects
  • Review household spending
  • Oversee budgets/invoices
  • Maintain home systems (security/alarms/password management/AV/ HVAC)
  • On-board, instruct, supervise and review off-board of household employees
  • Manage vehicle maintenance, insurance and cleanliness
  • Run errands
  • Manage Principal’s family calendar
  • Coordinate and manage events

This is a full-time position:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 9 am to 5 pm, must be available by text or phone, nights and weekends as needed
  • $180k annually
  • $800 insurance stipend

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years’ estate or hospitality management experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience with the same employer within the last five years
  • Must have a flexible schedule, be available for weekends/holidays as needed for special events and/or extensive projects at either residence
