We are seeking an exceptional Estate Manager to assume overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a large, private estate in Beverly Hills. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring impeccable service standards, operational excellence, and refined interpersonal skills. The Estate Manager will report to the Director of Estate Operations / Personal Chief of Staff and work closely with family office personnel and external vendors to ensure seamless estate operations and an outstanding experience for the Family and their guests.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage a large staff of 20+, including a Lady’s Maid, Housekeepers, Laundress, Facilities Manager and maintenance team, Chef and culinary team, Personal Assistant, Childcare Providers, Security team, and others
Provide high-touch personal service to the Family, anticipating needs and maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professionalism
Foster a culture of excellence and accountability
Coordinate with family office teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and cost-effective service delivery
Maintain detailed knowledge of estate systems, inventories, and service protocols
Ensure the estate is guest-ready at all times, with meticulous attention to detail
Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality standards at all times
Plan and execute capital upgrades
Schedule and oversee contractors and outside vendors.
Oversee maintenance, mechanical and technical systems, landscaping, administration, service and event planning

Requirements:
4-year degree in a related field is a plus
Able to legally work in the U.S. without conditions
Excellent English and communication skills — verbal and written
Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar position, managing a staff of 8+, strong service skills, F&B knowledge
Advanced understanding of home automation
Advanced understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance routines for HVAC, water pumps, and other mechanical systems
Strong administration skills
Knowledge of culinary operations to manage Chef, purchasing, etc.
Knowledge of HR regulations and dynamic scheduling
Professional in appearance and demeanor
Physically able to perform job duties; standing long periods, lifting, carrying, use of ladder, stairs, etc.
