Our clients who live out of state are seeking an experienced and highly organized Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large private residence in Bel Air. The ideal candidate will manage household staff, coordinate vendors, ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards, and provide seamless support to the Principals when they are in residence, part of the year.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations
Manage household staff, schedules, payroll and performance
Liaise with vendors, contractors, other service providers, and the Principals’ global office staff
Ensure order, cleanliness, and upkeep of the property
Handle household budgets, inventory, and expense reporting
Ad hoc errands
This is a full-time position:
Monday – Friday when Principals are not in residence
24/7 availability when the Principals are in residence (Approximately 6 months throughout the year)
Must be flexible with schedule
