Career Personal Assistant (West Hollywood, CA)

Our client in Beverly Hills is seeking a well-traveled, sophisticated, highly detail-oriented, team player, who has a no-job-too-big-or-too small mindset and presents well.  This position will mostly be working from the Principal’s office in West Hollywood with occasional visits to the Beverly Hills residence.  The Principal is looking for someone with a keen eye for style and has a luxury-service mindset and who is up to date on all the latest fashions, trends, local and non-local restaurants and events.  Fully staffed residence, Estate Manager has been there for 17 years, if you are looking for a Manager role, this is not for you.
Only local candidates who are extremely familiar with the Los Angeles area and scene
Duties to include, but not limited to: 
  • Maintain the Principal’s ever changing and busy calendar 
  • Update contact lists 
  • Filing and correspondence 
  • Make reservations 
  • Research domestic and international travel 
  • On-line shopping as well as retail in person shopping
  • Source and wrap luxury gifts perfectly
  • Handle all thank you correspondence
  • Handle petty cash  
  • Run errands 
  • Principals entertain frequently so expect to help plan parties and on occasion andwork larger events 
This is a full-time position: 
  • Some days can be long hours and you must be available via text when not in the office
  • Mostly a M-F position with availability on weekends and holidays
  • Compensation is up to 175K for the best of the best

Requirements: 
  • At least three years of professional work in a similar role (high end hotel concierge acceptable)
  • Must have excellent and verifiable past professional references 
  • Must be able to pass a full background screening 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must 
  • Ability to be highly anticipatory, always thinking three steps ahead and keep excellent notes and always keeping the Principal fully informed 
  • Trustworthy and discreet  
  • Respect employer/employee boundaries 
  • A college degree is strongly preferred although not required.  
  • Must be proficient at: MS Office Suite (Word and Excel), Google Suite, Photoshop, Adobe, Dropbox and all social media platforms
