We are seeking a top-notch Housekeeper for the upkeep of a fabulous private residence in Los Feliz for a family with 2 children and one dog. The family is looking for a Housekeeper that will work well with the other 2 Housekeepers.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Perform full-charge housekeeping duties
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
Strip beds, replace with clean linens
Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, and ironing clothes and linens
Kitchen clean up, wash dishes, and put dishes away
Maintain the organization of pantry and cabinets
Notify superiors of any damage, or repairs needed
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any household related practices
This is a Part-Time Position:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
9:00 am – 5:30 pm
$40 +

Requirements:
Must have at least three years of relevant experience as a housekeeper in a private residence
Excellent, verifiable past work references required
Must be able to pass a thorough background check
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Must be service-oriented and enjoy providing white-glove support
Possess prioritization and time management skills
Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
Must work well unsupervised
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with principals and guests
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Ability to walk up and down stars multiple times a day
Have an eye for cleanliness
Must be able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language
