A kind, generous, and quiet couple is looking for a stellar, detail oriented, and well-groomed Housekeeper for their fully staffed, formal home.  Most of the staff have been with the family for decades!  A Housekeeper will be retiring, and they are looking for their new long-term employee.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Full-charge housekeeping in a housekeeping team

• Detailed cleaning of fine furniture and memorabilia 

• Laundress duties include washing, steaming, pressing, ironing etc.

• Wardrobe management and organization

• Assist the Mrs. (Lady’s Maid experience a plus)

• Pack and unpack for travel

• Assist with events and parties

• Assist the Principals with any requests

This is a Full-Time Position:

• Wednesday – Monday

• 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

• Must work weekends (usually 3 weekends a month)

• $50 Hourly

Requirements:

• Must be available on weekends and have a flexible schedule

• Possess common sense and attention to detail is a must 

• Following direction on the first try is very important

• Team player

• Must have at least three years of professional work experience as a Housekeeper or Laundress

• Must have excellent, verifiable past work references

• Must have a strong command of the English language
