A busy family of 6 is seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead Housekeeper to work as part of a team.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Perform full-charge housekeeping duties with housekeeping team
Assist with all laundry
Assist Manager with various tasks to include creating inventory lists, report repairs, oversee vendors when Manager not on property and other various tasks
Take lead in finding projects to work on with the housekeeping team
Add luxury touches to all aspects of the house
Understand professional boundaries and private space
Communicate daily with Estate Manager
This is a full-time position:
Flexibility is essential
Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 7am – 7pm
Ability to work weekends as needed – minimum of one full weekend per month plus one weekend day when not working full weekend schedule
$40-45 hour depending on experience

Requirements:
Report directly to Estate Manager
Must have worked as part of a staff
Ability to work quietly when owners are in residence
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Enjoy working in a home with children who have their own nanny
Must have at least 5 years of similar experience working in an estate or a fine hotel
Experience in large luxury homes and/or five-star hotels is preferred but not required
Must be flexible with both schedule and performing of duties
Must look presentable and all times
Must have experience working in a large home with other staff members
Must have excellent and verifiable past work references
