Looking for a skilled and dedicated person seeking a long-term position working in a private home. This is a full-time position managing two separate homes. Although this is a management position, we are seeking a “hands-on” personality and someone who will pitch in with varied tasks when needed. Must have experience with very sophisticated and technical systems within the home(s) commercial HVAC, smart home, home theater, elevator, pool systems, security systems, etc. which may require repairs and maintenance, although we are not expecting you to be able to repair these items, we need familiarity of them and know who to call when needed. House Manual already in place.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Day to day management of Executive Housekeeper
Oversee all vendors at both residences
Manage incoming/outgoing visitors/vendors for security check-in
Maintain household accounts and oversee billing and invoices
Work with office staff for various items as needed
Maintain organization
Non personal laundry as needed
Indoor plant care
Occasional even planning
Holiday décor/wrapping/mailings
Mechanical room check list
Walk through of residences interior/exterior
Trash and recycle emptying
Dusting artifacts, library, no heavy cleaning required
Ability to know what finishes require special treatments
Clean and organize of closets and storage areas
Manage and oversee remodel, construction or other home repairs as needed
Assist in packing/unpacking for trips
This is a full-time position:
Monday – Friday
8-hour days

Requirements:
3-5 years of home or similar experience
Must have excellent, verifiable past work references
Excellent organization and time management skills
Detailed oriented
Can do attitude
Ability to lift, carry and unload approximately 50lbs.
