If you are looking to earn tons of overtime pay this is the job for you! Single woman, 2 dogs, 2 birds. Existing staff consists of: House Manager, Chef and one other Housekeeper. The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated, take responsibility for your job description, work well to collaborate with the team. You are patient, kind and willing to learn the practices preferred for the Employer. Requires someone who is calm under pressure and comes from a service background.
Duties:
Full charge Housekeeper in a 2-story home
Attention to specific care of furniture and valuables
Deep cleaning
Polishing silver, brass, aluminum, steel and glass
Caring for exotic woods, varied fabrics, marble and exotic skins
Laundress duties (spot cleaning, hand washing delicates, and manage dry cleaning)
Shopping for and maintaining housekeeping product inventory or ordering
Assist in booking Vendors for repairs
Overseeing Vendors when needed
Formal table setting
Assist Chef in some clean up duties
Care for two dogs (walking and cleaning up after them) and two birds (feeding and tidying their cages)
Maintaining Wardrobe, seasonal rotation
Packing and unpacking
Maintaining products, medications, Vitamins, etc. check expirations
Assist is scheduling various personal care appointments
Driving to/from appointments when needed
Light breakfast prep (Chef arrives at 12PM)
No children in the home but grandchildren visit, so please be comfortable with children
Schedule:
Monday 7AM – 10PM (7 hours of overtime pay)
Tuesday 7AM – 10PM (7 hours of overtime pay)
Wednesday and Thursday OFF
Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7AM –? (Expect hours of overtime pay)
This will most likely be a 60–70-hour work week
$45 hourly base pay

Requirements:
Stamina to work a 60–70-hour work week
Must be vaccinated
Pass a thorough background
Have verifiable references in formal environments
Work well as part of team
Driver’s license in good standing with reliable transportation
