Personal Assistant (Los Angeles, CA + International Travel + Remote)

Female Executive seeking a Personal Assistant to provide a multitude of services in different locations.  This individual will be self-motivated, organized and proactive to provide high-level support in administrative and operational tasks in terms of the CEO’s person life.  This will be a combination of LA based, remote work and travel.
Duties (to include but not limited to):
  • Keep track and inventory of all personal items at several locations and restock as necessary
  • Insure there are no expired medication or other items
  • Create schedule to work closely with Global Property Managers to create quarterly schedules
  • Run Errands
  • Personal shopping
  • Packing and unpacking for travel, charging and organizing all devices
  • Organize projects needed at residences
  • Research events/restaurants/shopping/ at various vacation destinations
  • Making personal appointments and reservations
  • Personal calendar management
  • Liaise with EA for various meetings
  • Submit orders, grocery delivery, amazon, gift buying and in person picking up/deliveries
  • Handle and share expense reports with EA
  • Gift buying
Schedule:
  • Must be flexible
  • Generally, a five-day work week with reasonable hours
  • At times must accommodate time difference
  • 52 Hours weekly, which include OT rates
  • Weekend and holidays may be requested
  • International travel may be required a few times per year for short periods of time
Requirements:
  • Google Suite savvy (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Apple iPhone and Mac savvy
  • Valid passport – with ability and desire to travel
  • Working with UHNW and being comfortable in that environment
  • Willingness to learn international shipping requirements (Customs, VAT, etc.)
  • 3+ years’ experience in the Hospitality industry as a Personal Assistant
  • Strong written, verbal and ability to follow through skills
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Excellent References
  • Reliable transportation, driver’s license in good standing, proof of insurance
  • Fluent in English
  • Speaking Spanish and Dutch not mandatory but a huge plus
Compensation:
  • $110K or DOE
