Large, busy UHNW household is looking for an experienced Private Chef to work as part of a large household team.  The Chef will work hand-in-hand with the Butler to ensure the family and their guests receive superior service at all times. Family enjoys Keto, vegetarian and gluten-free meals.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Shop and procure high-quality organic ingredients during the day

• Prepare 4 different main courses for each meal

• Prepare high-end restaurant quality lunches and dinners

• Manage inventory of all pantry and perishable items

• Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness at all times

• Must be able to prepare child-friendly meals

This is a full-time position:

• Saturday and Sunday

• Lunch at 12:00 pm and dinner at 6:30 pm

• $500+ per day

Requirements:

• Ability to set a proper table

• Extensive repertoire of international and European cooking styles

• Maintain composure in the event of last-minute changes

• Excellent references required from current and previous employers

• Minimum 5 years related work experience in a private home or estate
