Entertainer is seeking a career Assistant to help with all personal (and some business) organization. We are looking for an exceptionally smart and organized individual with experience in the entertainment industry. Easy-going personality, fine with being semi micro-managed. Assistant of ten years is leaving to start her family.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Travel arranging and itineraries
Ensure Employer is aware each day of appointments scheduled
Possibly overseeing household staff, home repairs, etc.
Oversee domestic and international storage units
Arrange the move of domestic and international storage units
Keep a photographic record of personal and work-related inventory
Be a Gate Keeper for the Principal
This is a full-time position:
24/7 on call will be required (Employer is very respectful and will do their best to try and communicate with west coast time zone, but travels out of the country, so may be reaching out at various times to orchestrate things)

At least three years of professional work experience in a domestic setting
Experience assisting within the entertainment industry a plus
Travel will be required
