Our client with multiple homes on the East Coast is actively searching to fill a new position with a long-term trusted advisor who has professional presence and gravitas, and will represent their interests and uphold their reputation. Seeking a calm, personable, experienced and professional individual to assist in managing multiple staffed properties.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Create and maintain calendars for projects and scheduled maintenance on households
Source, hire and manage best-in-class service providers and oversight of their projects
Review invoices for vendor accuracy
Oversight and management of Hampton residence’s final/substantial construction completion
Deliver strategic review of ideas, proposals or other requests as well as clear recommendations for action
Serve as a co-learner and thought partner to advance the Employers’ thinking and understanding on a diverse array of topics; including patronage and creative philanthropy
Develop and drive implementation of key projects and activities
This is a full-time position:
Role is remote, except for when travel to properties is required
Salaried with generous benefit package
Must be available to travel to other locations/residences as needed
Well-honed business acumen
Sound consultative and advisory skills
Possess intellectual curiosity and diverse sector knowledge
Outstanding writing and presentation skills are imperative
The ability to apply strategic judgment in the absence of complete information
Computer skills for home management activities on Apple products, including by not limited to
Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiar with the New York Metro area
Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.
Must have prior professional experience working in an estate setting
Must have stellar and verifiable past work references
