Looking for an organized, friendly and skilled Housekeeper to be a part of a team in a large one-story home.  There is a Nanny and a Groundskeeper already in place, so working well as a part of cohesive team is crucial.  Have a happy and friendly disposition, pay attention to detail, create schedule and routine.  Must be child-friendly and enjoy children (3.5 year old and a newborn) willing to get annual flu shots and Tdat immunizations.  Family is highly-allergic to cats, so sorry, no cat owners.   One friendly dog.  

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Full-charge housekeeping

• Laundry, ironing and hand-washing

This is a Full-Time Position:

• Monday – Friday

• 8am – 4:30pm (1/2 Hour Lunch)

• Paid holidays

• Paid vacations

• $25-30 hourly payroll, (DOE)

Requirements:

• Experience caring for wood floors, marble, stone and fine art

• Must have stellar references from current and previous employers

• Minimum 3 years related work experience in a private home or estate
