Extremely private Employer, small house plus small guest house.  Direct report to House Manager

Duties:

Housekeeper-

• Full Charge Cleaning

• Laundry – Linens and Towels

• Linens need to be pressed weekly

• Organizing

• Create lists of supplies that need to be purchased

Houseman-

• Windows

• Straighten up and wipe all outside areas

• Various heavier cleaning duties as required

• Light maintenance work as requested

Schedule:

• Monday and Friday

• 7AM – 3:30PM

• $35 Hourly

Requirements:

• Looking for part time employment only

• Live within a reasonable driving distance

• Must have verifiable references

• Must have a driver’s license in good standing

• Have a reliable car/transportation

• Pass a background check
