House Manager/ Personal Assistant (Hidden Hills and Malibu, CA)

Looking for a meticulous, efficient, hands-on and adaptable person to oversee general operation of the Principals’ homes.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Serve as gatekeeper for the Principal
  • Liaise with staff on behalf of Principal and Estate Manager
  • Serve as point of contact for all emergencies
  • Make sure all items in the home are in good working order
  • Schedule and oversee home maintenance
  • Assist with tidying all rooms and outdoor spaces
  • Look after plants and flowers
  • Arrange professional cleaning of furniture as needed
  • Track inventory levels (supplies toiletries and groceries) and order as needed
  • Oversee suppliers, contractors, designers and vendors and present proposals
  • Source suppliers (florists, dry cleaners, water delivery and maintenance workers)
  • Schedule personal appointments and reservations
  • Coordinate events
  • Run errands
  • Sort mail and packages
  • Record all receipts efficiently
  • Greet and serve family and guests
  • Assist in setting and clearing the table for family meals and events as needed
This is a full-time position:
  • Monday – Friday
  • 9am – 5pm

Requirements:
  • Must have at least three years of professional work experience in the field
  • Stellar, verifiable past work references required
  • Must be fully-vaccinated for COVID-19 and be willing to follow all COVID-related safety protocols
