House Manager/Assistant (Agoura Hills, CA)

Looking for a well-versed individual who can assist a busy adult family of three (as well as 3 little dogs) with their everyday needs. Family enjoys their privacy, so discretion and being able to be invisible are very important traits.  Already in place:  a housekeeping crew 1-2 times per week, a handyman, gardener, pool man and various other outside vendors.
 
Wish list duties include:
  • Oversee current staff schedules and payroll
  • Organize and perform housekeeping
  • Laundry
  • Care for fine crystal and silver
  • Ensure inside/outside areas in “ready to entertain” mode at all times
  • Arrange and maintain fresh flowers and plant care
  • Maintain lists and stock all kitchen and household supplies
  • Run errands
  • Healthy food prep and light cooking
  • Manage and oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Oversee household projects
  • Organize and assist with planning of all events
  • Scheduling calendar for all three individuals keeping everyone in sync
  • Assist in travel planning including packing/unpacking and driving to/from airport
  • Oversee all pet care needs
This is a full-Time Position:
  • Monday – Friday
  • 11 am – 7 pm
  • $30 hourly
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a household
  • Employment history must reflect a dedicated length of history to previous employers
  • Must have excellent, verifiable references
  • Able and willing to follow all COVID-19 precautionary policies and procedures
  •  Maintain the highest-level of discretion at all times
