Fully staffed home looking to add to their existing team. Many of the existing staff has been there for years, hardly any turnover. This role will be a combination of fill-in nanny for a 4-month-old infant as well as being a personal/family assistant to the mom. Will consider relocation for the right person. Japanese speaking would be a plus but not mandatory. We are seeking a team player who is calm and possesses a patient demeanor for this role.
Duties:
Shopping for the home (both on line and going to the store)
Including grocery items, personal items and general household items
In charge of tracking needed items
Other errands as needed
Driving the Employer to various appointments (car provided)
Purchasing gift items
Assist with party planning/events
Opening and distributing packages as received
Returning and Shipping packages as needed
Scheduling appointments for Lady of the House
Communication with the Business Manager via email and text messages
Requirements:
Must have worked with other staff members
Must have infant experience with verifiable references
Must have a clean driving record in good standing
Must be able to pass a thorough background
Experience with computers
Enjoy being in a home with many animals (there are 12, some of them are exotic)
Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel, as well as knowing how to compose an email, and print/scan as needed
