Facilities Manager (Beverly Hills, CA)

We are seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee and maintain all mechanical and technical equipment for a large property in Beverly Hills.  Our client is looking for a team-player with impeccable service standards that is willing to get their hands dirty assisting other staff to ensure the property is always in pristine condition. This is a full-staffed, sophisticated adult home with one small dog.
Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Oversight and management of one Houseman
  • Oversee, manage and actively participate in outdoor maintenance and cleaning of the property
  • Ground maintenance and upkeep such as leaf blowing, hosing-off/power washing of surfaces, window cleaning
  • Supervise and manage facility machinery such as; HVAC, generators, smart home systems, sprinkler systems
  • Light plumbing/electrical repairs (calling the various companies if the project is too large)
  • Trouble shoot digital/technology within the house and cars
  • Assist Housekeepers with heavier housekeeping duties
  • Vehicle maintenance and cleaning
This is a full-time position:
  • M-F
  • Please have a flexible day schedule, this position is typically daytime hours but the days off will depend on the needs and schedule of the Principals
  • Must be flexible to work weekends as required
  • $80,000 per year
Requirements:
  • Must have at least three years of prior professional working experience working in a private residence
  • Must have prior experience in a managerial role
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
