Executive Assistant/Family Manager (Santa Ynez, CA)

Seeking a high-energy, proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Family Manager (EA/FM) for our high-profile client in Santa Ynez.  The EA/FM will be on-call 24/7 and will report directly to the Principal and will be responsible for communication on behalf of the Principal both personally and professionally.  Principal is very hands on and this is a lovely family to work for.  Ability to keep up with their extremely busy lifestyle.  Please enjoy being a part of a well-oiled team, work well with others.  Lots of staff members, children and pets.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Direct management of all household/personal staff
  • Assign, oversee and follow-up on all tasks assigned to household staff
  • Maintain up-to-date personal and professional calendars and integrate with schedules of the immediate family members
  • Liaise with Personal and Business Managers, their staff and schedule business and personal appointments
  • Various Administrative tasks
  • Oversee and arrange all professional and personal travel
  • Travel with Principal as requested
  • Responsible for day-to-day errands
  • Manage all aspects of Principal-hosted events
This is a full-time position:
  • Monday – Friday (minimum 50 hours)
  • Expect overtime pay – this is an hourly position
  • On-call 24/7 (including nights and weekends)
