Family of five with a large, fully-staffed family home is seeking to add to their team. The family is looking for longevity in past positions and hopes to find a long-term placement that has experience working in high-end, formal homes. This position requires a team-player with discretion and the ability maintain family’s privacy at all times.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Full-charge housekeeping
Work hands-on leading a small team of Housekeepers to achieve and maintain detail-level cleaning at all times throughout the residence
Care for delicate surfaces, décor and artwork appropriately
Laundry skills
Constant attention to detail, be aware and notice if things need to be tended to and report to Manager
Take charge of development and maintenance of lists/stock of necessary items to be repaired or purchased
Act as the point-person to the family and management
Regularly guide and provide feedback relating to the development of process & procedures
This is a full-time position:
Monday – Friday
7am – 3pm
Rarely, but possible extended hours or weekends
$40 hourly

Requirements:
Must have at least three years of professional work experience in an estate of private residence
Must have experience, and enjoy working as part of a team
Must have excellent and verifiable past work references
Full COVID-19 vaccinations required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with preparing and maintaining inventories, lists, and other documents on a computer
