Seeking a creative, versatile, experienced Chef that loves cooking with a health-conscious approach. Client loves Asian-inspired cuisine, so please be fully-versed on all dishes-Asian. This is a friendly, fully-staffed home and you will be cooking for the staff as well as for the clients, and don’t be surprised, if the client sits in the kitchen for a cooking lesson!
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Cook for 2 adults and up to 4 staff daily
Provide healthy meals and green juices
Willingness to serve meals plated, family style
Available to assist with occasional dinner parties, or Sunday brunch
Grocery shopping for the pantry, fridge, and freezer each week
Monitor what is being consumed and adapt accordingly
Toss stale or expired foods
Full ownership of the kitchen and groceries
Work closely with the Personal Assistant(s) and Housekeepers to receive feedback
Role primarily in the Beverly Hills residence, travel to other properties as needed about 20%
This is a full-time position:
Monday – Friday
11 AM – 7:30 PM

Required Skills and Abilities:
Positive, can-do person with a holistic approach to kitchen management
Have a “made-to-order’ flexible attitude.
Experience with Asian cuisine is a must!
Must be a good listener, take feedback in stride, and implement the changes requested
Must communicate effectively and be a part of the team, not work as an individual
Must be able to bake (for special occasions as needed) and grill
Training in the Culinary Arts
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
Reliable transportation, driver’s license, proof of insurance, and safe driving history
