Personal Assistant (Brentwood, CA) - Seeking an experienced personal assistant for a busy philanthropist. Responsibilities include: maintaining a not-for-profit website, event planning, maintaining a personal calendar, travel arrangements, managing petty cash, email correspondence and house sitting. MUST have experience working on a website and maintaining content on a Mac computer. There another personal assistant on staff. This position reports directly to the client. There may be some overnights required when the client travels. Please be pet friendly- there are two dogs and a cat. Hours: M-F 8am to 6pm. Salary 75K per year. Benefits after the first year.

Housekeeper (Malibu, CA) - Seeking very skilled housekeeper with great laundress skills. Ability to clean and care for fine fabrics and materials. There is already a head housekeeper in place so please enjoy working well as a team player. Formal household, tray service and/or place settings for all meals. Willing to learn. Housekeeper/Companion (Lindsay, CA) - Seeking a skilled domestic employee to work Monday - Friday (eight hours) and half day Saturday. Skills required: Housekeeping, laundry, shopping food preparation, some light cooking, driving. Elder healthy woman needs companionship and someone to care for her home. Please have a minimum of 3 years verifiable references and a good driving record. We are looking for someone who can be a companion and accompany Employer on errands, play cards, go out to dinner, shopping, etc. Please live within a driving commute of Lindsay. Salary DOE

Head Chef (Seattle, WA) - Seeking an experienced and talented head chef for a family of five. This position prepares mainly dinners but must assist with lunches when needed. There is a second chef that reports to this position. Between the two chefs, lunch, dinner and stocking for breakfast must be covered at all times. The family is looking for a chef that can cook a broad variety of dishes. You must be able to prepare from scratch using only fresh ingredients, cook using low sodium and bake on occasion. You will be required to serve formal dinners and also be familiar cooking family style meals when asked. Formal serving experience is a must. Please be comfortable cooking for children and addressing their specific needs. Must be familiar with living in the pacific northwest or in a similar climate. Wine knowledge and wine pairing is a plus. There will be domestic travel throughout the year and travel on the client's private yacht. Salary DOE with 401K. Full benefits after 90 days.

Special dietary needs (no dairy, organic, etc.) family meals, high-end dinner parties, and children’s meals. Homes in Beverly Hills and Malibu, on occasion travel to east coast residence. Personal Assistant/House Manager (Seattle, WA) – Large busy staffed home seeking experienced well rounded individual to assist in various areas of the household in order to create a pleasant, organized work environment. Please be pet friendly and have previous experience working in a home with both a staff and teenagers. Duties will be varied and may include: care of pets, assist with planning of family vacations, maintaining household inventory, compose and process excel sheets, assist in childcare responsibilities, transportation for children, experience in personal shopping, MS office experience, digital media experience. A thorough background investigation will be conducted and a clean driving record is required. Family will consider relocation for the right candidates (but having friends, family and familiarity with Seattle will be a consideration in this relocation). Salary plus benefits DOE

Personal Assistant/House Assistant (Beverly Hills, CA)- The title of this role will be “Estate Relations.” The role will be responsible for the well being of all family members and friends associated with the Estate. Duties: in charge of Catering (food and beverage), hospitality (spa and wellness and comfort), Entertainment (social engagements and events), Décor (Special projects), Day to day management of personal affairs (appointments and vendor management) and the children’s (teenagers) school calendar, extra curricular activities and special projects. Night Nanny (Sherman Oaks, CA) - Seeking an experienced nanny to stay alert in the night hours to look after toddler girls. This is a great job for someone who likes to work in the evenings and during the night. You will be responsible for getting the girls ready for bed, bathing, etc. In the morning you are responsible for waking them up, getting them dressed and fixing a healthy breakfast so that they can leave for school. This is a 5 to 6 night a week job. Salary DOE.

Professional Nanny (Seattle, WA) - Seeking an experienced educated nanny to supervise two teenagers. We will only consider child care providers who have previously worked in a home with teenagers. Please have a perfect driving record and be able to supervise extra circular activities. Ability to travel with family for extended periods of time during school holidays. House Manager (Monterey, CA) - Seeking out a professional house manager for a large older home. This is a formal household and a uniform will be provided. This position is responsible for making sure that the estate is immaculate, presentable and inviting to the principles and their guests. Must be wiling to roll up your sleeves and pitch in when needed, especially if another staff member is sick or absent. Responsibilities include supervising all household operations to ensure that everything is running smoothly: turn down service, laundry, dry cleaning, linen inventory, stocking, antique care, repairs, vendor access, security, privacy, wardrobe management and pet care.
