Executive Administrative Assistant (two openings) (Newport Coast, CA) -
We are seeking two top notch assistants to work with a great team in a private residence supporting the Principle. Job 1: Responsibilities to include all administrative duties with a direct report to both owner and Estate Manager. Requiring a professional business background, amazing skill set, up to date on all computer programs. BA or MBA degree required. Management of five other support staff members, philanthropic duties and planning events. Job 2: Responsible for all scheduling for Employer and his family. Someone nurturing in working with children (when they visit), scheduling to include: research, providing summer activities, after school projects, communications with teachers and children's mother, arrange for camps - basically the family concierge. Someone well connected in the community, ability to travel as needed. On top of the calendar. Competitive Salary with full benefits.
Executive Chef (Newport Coast, CA) -
Seeking a highly skilled, qualified chef for high profile private home. Full support staff. Responsible for covering a seven-day shift a sous-chef will be hired to orchestrate meals in your 2-day off absence as well as assisting you with executing dinner parties as needed. Familiarity with sushi and the local markets is a plus. Daily lunch required for both principal and staff. Staff meals to be served buffet style and can be for up to ten people. Dinner nightly for principal, some formal, some not (can be up 30) and children's meals for weekends. Flexibility is the key in this house. Discretion a must. Please work well with a team, the staff get along great and all cover each other when needed. Please be available for occasional travel. House Manager and/or Couple (Rancho Santa Fe, CA) –
Seeking out an experienced House Manager or couple with chef skills to manage a newly constructed 12K house, guest house, pool, tennis. Informal environment with impeccable taste and ability to be formal when needed. We will consider a couple where one would be the House Manager and the other the Assistant House Manager. This is not the primary residence. Owners will visit periodically and entertain. Must be flexible to work weekends when owners are in residence. Responsibilities: in charge of all systems (Crestron), vendors, repairs, indoor maintenance, automobiles, airport drop off/pick up, breakfast and dinners (healthy, mostly grilling). Exterior maintenance/landscape person in place with their own team of people. Interior team to include one Assistant House Manager who can assist with the cooking, serving, cleaning, errands, turn-down, etc. and a full charge housekeeper. One bedroom guest house on property provided.Full benefits provided along with competitive salary.
Houseman (Brentwood & Malibu, CA) -
Seeking experienced top notch full time live in butler/houseman with exceptional service skills. Greet guests, answer phones, and anticipate needs of principals and guests. This position wears many hats; some of the duties include light cooking (breakfast), light cleaning, care of fine china, silver polishing, purchasing supplies, running errands, assist with party planning, assist with travel packing and pet care. Experience working between multiple homes and computer literate a plus. Must be polished, flexible, and available to travel and work weekends. Provided uniforms are required. Must have clean driving record and passport.
Chef (Los Angeles, CA) -
Seeking out a top-notch chef without an attitude for a nice family. Sometimes the dinners will be simple, others will be formal, entertaining up to 80 (additional staff will be brought in to assist). Some lunches, but usually dinners only. We are looking for a flexible, easy going personality. Although the job is usually a Monday - Friday, the family does summer in Malibu and may expect weekend work to be provide during the summer months, if so, two weekdays will be given off. Responsibilities: Cooking, serving, assisting in housekeeper (same housekeeper for the past 15 years, who is staying), driving, shopping, good record keeping, laundry. Must love animals. Basic job consists of a Monday - Friday workweek, you can leave or stay for the weekend. If entertaining over a weekend, you will be asked to work and switch two days off at another time. Couple (Laguna Beach, CA) -
Couple needed for Laguna Beach residence. Very active adult home (no children or pets). 10,000 sq. ft home with home office (one employee). Requirements: Chef skills and house duties. Chef expected to be trained in gourmet cooking, writing menus, shopping and executing dinner parties up to 50 (additional staff will be brought in). House duties to include: responsibility for laundry (in house and sending out), pressing, washing and maintaining of three automobiles, polish silver, house cleaning daily, oversee contractors, gardeners and pool man. Assist with shopping and transporting luggage (must be able to lift heavy objects), personal errands and shopping. Separate Entrance to living quarters. Salary DOE.
Estate Manager (Beverly Hills, CA) -
This is a secondary residence, direct report will be to out-of-state corporate office. Ideal candidate qualities: thrives in culture of high standards, detail oriented, flexible, excellent interpersonal skills, organized, obsessively attentive to detail, discrete and confidential. Kid friendly. Responsibilities: management, maintenance, upkeep and repair of the property; source, hire, and manage all household contractors, vendors, employees, construction, maintenance and repairs; budgets and reports; maintain vehicles; make purchases and run errands; plan large and small events. Be on call and available for whatever comes up during family visits (which could be weekends and holidays). Ability to roll sleeves up and pitch in as needed for tasks such as housekeeping and/or cooking, laundry, etc.. Minimum five years experience in facilities management, construction preferred. Strong computer skills. Occasional travel may be required. M-F standard work week, ability to be on call for both emergencies on property and family visits. Salary DOE plus benefit package.

Seeking out top-notch housekeeper in the Los Altos Hills area. Please be thorough, professional, responsible, flexible and committed. Familiarity with specialized products, cleaning of artwork, and comfortable in quality surroundings. Client has numerous homes, when he is in residence, he does not want people around, his schedule is usually planned. Generally a M-F 8-5 position. Please be flexible. i.e., if owner is scheduled to visit on a Monday, please be available on Sunday to make sure everything is in order and return back to work on the day he leaves. Full salary whether you work or not. This is a large home 15K, so please be organized to clean as well as launder sheets and towels. Only professionals with resumes and references will be considered. Couple (Rancho Sante Fe, CA) -
Busy household seeking out professional couple. Please be child friendly (6 & 11). Basic duties to include: housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation and clean up (no need for chef, but great cook would be acceptable) assist with entertaining, shopping, errands, home depot runs, car maintenance and services, basic handyman duties, etc,. Separate quarters will be provided (possibly off property) and a car will be provided for work purposes. Work schedule will be Wednesday - Sunday. 90K plus full benefits and housing provided.
Cook/Food Manager (Bel Air, CA) -
Couple in Bel Air looking to hire a permanent, full-time, experienced, live-in Cook/Food Manager with maturity and common sense. Must be honest and reliable and a non-smoker. Food Manager must have a valid California driver’s license and a current, clean DMV record. Must have local references. Two days off per week - Sunday and Monday. The live-in position means the applicant does not have the freedom to leave the premises on days or evenings when they are scheduled to work unless someone is on the property. The property is never left unattended. This is a good position for someone who is interested in living-in and thereby reducing their overhead. This is a formal household with meal times scheduled at set hours. No midnight dinners required! This is a permanent position and the couple is looking for someone who wants to stay with one family. Must have familiarity with operation of alarm system and be comfortable with large dogs. Must have the sensitivity to work with fine china, etc. Plan and prepare meals to couple’s particular taste. Food preference is healthy, elegantly simple cooking with no heavy sauces. All fresh foods. No canned or frozen foods. Must be able to cook pasta (preferably from scratch). Applicant must be familiar with setting a formal table and do formal service. Duties include marketing, preparing lunch and dinner daily for a couple and occasional guests for dinner (light entertaining), plus some meals for one employee of the domestic staff. Responsible for complete cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and will market for food twice a week. This is a fully staffed home. The staff works as a team and helps each other out when needed. There is a car available for marketing and occasional requested errands, but not for personal use. Salary up to 70K, plus benefits, room, utilities and food.
Operations and Grounds Manager (Bay Area, CA) –
This position is responsible for everything that relates to the grounds and operations functions for a high-tech 50-acre estate. This is a brand new position that is the result of new construction with state of the art facilities and equestrian center. This is a primary family oriented residence. Responsible for scheduling and managing all contractors as they relate to the grounds or operations. Must have hands on experience with: HVAC, mechanical and plumbing equipment, electrical equipment, audio, visual and IT systems, pool and fountain maintenance, exercise equipment, security and safety, auto support. This position reports to the Estate Manager. This is a full time position. Salary DOE plus benefits.
Residential Manager (Bay Area, CA) –
This position is responsible for making sure that the main residence is running at an optimal level at all times with little or no Owner supervision or involvement. This is a brand new position that is the result of new construction (20K estate on 50 acres) with state of the art facilities and equestrian center. This is a primary family oriented residence. Responsibilities include: managing the families cooking and food preparation as directed by the Owners (PT or FT chef assignment TBD by Owners), supervise and manage cleaning staff, establish housekeeping duties and schedules insure that all housekeeping duties are conducted without any disturbance to the family, establishes a schedule for periodic extensive cleaning, develop and manage service agreements to support appliances or other specific household requirements, coordinate and assist with special family events, parties, receptions, etc. This is a full time position. Salary DOE plus benefits.
