We pride ourselves on knowing the right questions to ask to make sure that we can find the right candidates. Unlike other agencies we do not blast resumes to our clients. All of our candidates that we submit are handpicked and interested in your job.
In addition, all of our candidates have a minimum of three years of experience working in a private home as a nanny and have been rigorously pre-screened for your assurance and peace of mind. Our office procedures include contacting all previous employers to verify past performance and providing background checks (DMV, Workmen’s compensation, Civil litigation, Criminal reports and Social Security verification).
It is not uncommon in our office to have a candidate stop by our office to say hi and thank us for a position that Elise placed them in seven or even ten years prior.

Once you have received our full agency application via email we schedule and in person meeting to review the application and get to know you and your skill set better.
We then verify all of your references to make sure that we will be successful at placing you with one of our valued clients.

We arrange interviews, negotiate salary and make sure that you are always informed through every step of the process.
